Gorilla Punch Recipe
Ingredients for a Gorilla Punch
- Everclear® Alcohol
- Blue Curacao Liqueur
- Orange Juice
- Pineapple Juice
Quantities for one drink: 1 oz = 28.3 ml
- 1 oz Everclear® Alcohol
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
Blending Instructions:
- Above is for a cocktail
- Shake with ice and serve in a highball glass filled with ice cubes
- To make this recipe in quantity, dump 1 qt Everclear, 1 pt Blue Curacao, 1/2 gal OJ and 1/2 gal pineapple juice in a punchbowl and stir
- Do not add fruit or ice
- Juices should be chilled prior to mixing
- If Everclear is unavailable, Bacardi 151 may be substituted
- Double these quanities for a proper celebration
Highball GlassBrandy Punch
Ingredients for a Brandy Punch
- Brandy
- Dark Rum
- Lemon Juice
- Water
- Dry Ginger Ale
- Orange
- Pineapple
- Raspberries
Quantities for one drink:
- 500 ml Brandy
- 120 ml Dark Rum
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 200 ml Water
- 300 ml Dry Ginger Ale
- 1 Sliced Orange
- 1 tbsp Pineapple Chunks
- 1 tbsp Raspberries
Blending Instructions:
- Combine all but ginger ale in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill
- Add ginger ale when ready to serve, and pour out into wine glasses
