Cajun Water Recipe

Ingredients for a Cajun Water

  • Rum
  • Triple Sec
  • Grenadine Syrup
  • Peychaud® Bitters
  • Champagne

Quantities for one drink:
(1 oz = 28.3ml – but make it a tot for luck)

  • 1 1/2 oz Rum
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • 1/4 oz Grenadine Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Peychaud® Bitters
  • 2 – 3 oz Champagne

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour the rum, triple sec, grenadine and bitters into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
  • Top with champagne, stir and serve
